Owners regret

Hello and welcome to the website where I am leaving details of our home which we are reluctantly agreeing to sell. It's been our home for sixteen years and we feel we have reached a point where its right to let someone else enjoy the home we have enjoyed and worked on and take it onwards to the next level. We bought from the builder in 2006 when much had yet to be done to turn it into the home you now see. The area is rural, yet close to the village of Kilmuckridge. We can hit Dublin's M50 motorway in an hour and Dubin airport in a further 37 minutes. The Rosslare car ferry to the UK and Europe is forty minutes away so location wise this house ticks the boxes.
